Our Global Business Services, located in Gdansk, organization is ensuring quality and timely processing of invoices and reconciliation of accounts as well as processing bank transactions of Hempel entities around the world.

You are responsible for:

• Processing manual payments according to procedures
• Process the payments and entering them into the banking platform
• Support with invoices, financial statements, vendor contracts
• Posting bank payments, reconciliation of daily bank
• Bank and loan revaluations
• Help Accountants with month closing
• Checking emailbox for the tasks and keep the documentation in the order

You are right fit if:

• You are student (of 3rd/4th/5th year) who wants to start career in accountancy
• You are available 20-35 hours per week
• You have communicative English and Polish languages
• You are person with positive attitude and initiative
• You have an eye for detail and ability to multi-task
• You are a good PC user
• You are willing to learn
