As a Taskforce Spa Director, you will oversee all aspects of the spa and wellness experience—creating a sanctuary where guests can relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect. You will lead a talented team of spa professionals in delivering exceptional service, maximizing profitability, and upholding the highest standards of luxury and wellness within the resort/hotel.
The Spa Director is responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, marketing initiatives, and daily operations of the spa, salon, and fitness areas. This includes recruiting and developing team members, managing treatment programs, retail operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service standards. You will work closely with other department heads to drive an integrated guest experience and support the property’s overall success.

What are we looking for?

As a temporary employee, you will be classified as a W-2 employee and not as an independent contractor (1099). All employees are subject to payroll taxes, withholdings, and company policies in compliance with labor laws.
Compensation:
$1,700/wk-
