Job description

Duration: 27 Months Contract

Job Description:

Assist with operational support for the Solaris 11 environment
Contribute to Solaris OS patching and remediation practices and cycles
Assist with planning and execution Solaris patch management using best practices
Assist with execution and planning of installation, configuration and tuning of Solaris servers using OVM
Provide input to and/or developing necessary documentation (build books, operation guides)
Other activities and deliverables, as required

Required Skills:

University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field
A minimum of eight (8) years of recent demonstrated work experience with the following:
Solaris 11
Unix System administration and hardware support
Build automation (Scripting, Packaging, Ansible, OpsCenter)
