SharePoint Developer - Remote, Washington, DC

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Manage SharePoint environments: Install, configure, and maintain servers and services (on-premises or SharePoint Online).
• User and permissions management: Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Monitor system health: Perform regular health checks, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Backup and recovery: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Security compliance: Ensure SharePoint environments comply with organizational security policies.
• Patch management: Apply updates, patches, and service packs.
• Requirements gathering: Work with business users to gather and document requirements.
• Site and content management: Create and manage sites, libraries, lists, and content types.
• Training and support: Provide training and support to end-users.
• Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes using SharePoint features (e.g., workflows, forms).
• Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using SharePoint and Power BI.
• Microsoft SharePoint/PowerApps Developer Experience: 2-5 Years.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft O365 developmental skills for SharePoint, Admin, and Microsoft PowerApps.

Expected Deliverables:

• Complete stories and support the completion of sprints for the monthly status report.
