Job description

Quality Engineer

Location: Remote, Bethesda, MD

Duration: 12 months

Role Summary:

Seeking for a Quality Engineer to support the End-to-End Automation (E2E). Ensure our automated test suites are stable, compliant, and enterprise-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate automation integrity and troubleshoot issues affecting test execution.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve defects.
Coordinate end-to-end test execution at the squad level.
Review and modify test scripts for release testing.
Mentor testers and automation engineers.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test activities.
Align with squad leaders and Senior Team Leader on priorities and best practices.
Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate continuous improvement through quality metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

Expertise in Automation & Environment Management: Strong understanding of software automation principles.
Cloud & Virtualization Knowledge: Experience with AWS and Azure, and virtualization technologies.
Automation Tool Familiarity: Knowledge of TOSCA or Playwright frameworks.
Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
