Job description
Our Client, a Software company, is looking for a Program Manager – IV for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager – IV will support complex, cross functional initiatives within the Products & Marketing organization.
This role requires a strong consulting mindset, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage large programs in a matrixed environment.
The ideal candidate brings Big 4 or major consulting firm experience paired with robust program/project management skills, preferably within SaaS or commercial software environments.
This contractor will be responsible for developing and maintaining program documentation, leading meetings, tracking deliverables, driving accountability, and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders.
They will evaluate data, identify optimization opportunities, and support process automation while managing interactive and creative marketing related projects.
Program & Project Management

Execution Excellence

Maintain detailed program artifacts, trackers, and status dashboards.
Ensure project milestones are met and stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
Apply industry standard program/project management best practices to all workflow stages.
Contractor is expected to be able to schedule and lead meeting, reach out to necessary team member as issues come up, ensure completion of project plan and track progress.
Requirements:
Must have skills: Consulting experience from big 4 or major consulting firms, Project Management, Communication, Presentation, Requirements gathering, basic understanding of E2E compensation process
