Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience managing and enabling a network of partners (consulting firms, system integrators, delivery partners) and governing partner ecosystems
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading onboarding, certification programs, training, and adherence to playbooks and delivery frameworks
  • Proven track record delivering complex technology projects in fintech or related industries with delivery governance and KPI management

Requirements:

  • Partner Relationship and Capability Management: Act as primary relationship owner for all Solutions Partners, assess capabilities, ensure certified consultants, conduct capability reviews, and develop improvement plans
  • Onboarding, Certification, and Training: Lead onboarding of new partners, due diligence, contract execution, coordinate training and certification, ensure adherence to playbooks and delivery frameworks
  • Delivery Governance and Quality Assurance: Oversee partner-led implementations, ensure alignment with methodology and quality standards, validate deliverables, manage escalations, coordinate with internal Technical, Support, and Product teams
  • Portfolio Monitoring and Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain visibility over partner-led projects, identify cross-sell opportunities, track delivery risks, coordinate with Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product, and Training teams, manage partner lifecycle

About the job

As part of the Technology Distribution team of Tether Data, the Solutions Partner Manager is responsible for managing, enabling, and governing a network of consulting firms, system integrators, and delivery partners who implement Tether products (WDK, QVAC, and MOS). The role ensures partners deliver high-quality projects, align with Tether’s interests, meet certification standards, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Partner Relationship & Capability Management

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for all Solutions Partners.

  • Coordinate the assessment of partner capabilities, delivery maturity, and resources.

  • Ensure partners maintain sufficient certified consultants and technical capacity.

  • Conduct regular capability reviews and develop partner improvement plans as needed.

2. Partner Onboarding & Certification

  • Lead the onboarding of new implementation partners, including due diligence and contract execution.

  • Coordinate partner training and certification programs

  • Ensure adherence to implementation playbooks, best practices, and delivery frameworks.

3. Delivery Governance

  • Oversee partner-led implementations to ensure alignment with methodology, quality standards, and timelines.

  • Participate in project kick-offs, milestone reviews, and governance checkpoints.

  • Validate partner deliverables (e.g., configurations, integration setups, testing documentation).

  • Manage escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal Technical, Support, and Product teams.

4. Project Portfolio Monitoring

  • Maintain visibility over the entire portfolio of partner-led projects.

  • Identify and flag cross-sell opportunities with other Tether products or with services offered by Tether portfolio companies, where relevant.

  • Track delivery risks, resourcing gaps, and escalations across the partner ecosystem.

  • Ensure Partners receive Technical support as required during their implementations

5. Quality Assurance & Performance Management

  • Monitor KPIs such as project success rate, CSAT, and partner delivery quality.

  • Perform quarterly partner performance reviews.

  • Define corrective action plans or temporary delivery restrictions when required.

  • Manage re-certification cycles and partner tiering.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product, and Training teams.

  • Ensure smooth transitions between sales-to-delivery and delivery-to-support phases.

  • Provide feedback from partner projects to internal teams to improve product quality and implementation processes.

8. Partner Lifecycle Management

  • Manage partner renewal, re-certification, and (if necessary) offboarding.

  • Maintain partner records, capability matrices, and project performance logs.
