  • Communicate with families and staff to expedite the initial onboarding (Meet & Greet, paperwork) and confirm staff placements by sending out team Case Coordination emails
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure adequate staffing levels

Job description

Overview: The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for interviewing, staffing, and matching ABA therapists/behavior technicians with clients based on availability, needs, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview and assign behavior technicians (BTs) to clients based on scheduling needs and skill alignment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for all cases.
  • Communicate with families and staff to expedite the initial onboarding (Meet & Greet, paperwork..) and confirm staff placements by sending out team Case Coordination emails.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Support new hires through the onboarding process
