Requirements:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries; make outbound calls to new, existing, and past prospects; follow up with hot, warm, and cold leads; deliver exceptional customer service and client support.
  • Quote insurance policies (auto, home, life, commercial, annuities), gather client information, maintain accurate files, assist with policy processing and renewals, and support cross-selling opportunities.
  • Perform data entry, record management, run agency reports, maintain organized client records, and support general administrative tasks and agency operations.
  • Assist with Facebook advertising and digital marketing campaigns; support lead capture and timely follow-up; maintain lead tracking systems for timely follow-up.

Role: Insurance VA / Insurance Sales & Service Specialist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential

Work Schedule: 5-day work week | Tuesday to Saturday - 12:00 am to 9:00 am Philippine Time

Work Setup: Work-from-Home


We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Virtual Assistant/Insurance Sales & Service Specialist to support daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, insurance experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, including client communication, quoting, policy processing, lead management, and administrative support.

The position offers long-term growth potential, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities. Licensed candidates are preferred, but strong non-licensed candidates with insurance quoting experience are also encouraged to apply.


Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Client Communication & Sales Support: 

  • Professionally answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to new, existing, and past prospects.
  • Follow up with hot, warm, and cold leads.
  • Assist with insurance policy sales from start to finish.
  • Schedule appointments for policy reviews.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and client support.

Insurance Processing & Quoting

  • Quote insurance policies, including auto, home, life, commercial, and annuities.
  • Gather client information and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and update client files accurately.
  • Assist with policy processing and renewals.
  • Support cross-selling opportunities (e.g., Life Insurance).

Administrative & Back-End Support

  • Perform data entry and record management.
  • Run agency reports and maintain organized client records.
  • Gather data from current, past, and prospective clients.
  • Support general administrative tasks and agency operations.

Marketing & Lead Management

  • Assist with Facebook advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support lead capture and follow-up efforts.
  • Maintain lead tracking systems to ensure timely follow-up.

Qualifications:

Core Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong phone presence and confidence in conversations.
  • Customer service mindset with professionalism and tact.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Upbeat personality, goal-driven, and competitive.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a small agency environment.

Insurance Experience:

  • Prior insurance quoting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Insurance sales or service experience is highly valued.

Licensing Requirements (Preferred)

  • Active Personal Lines (Property & Casualty) License OR willingness to obtain licensing.

Additional Responsibilities for Licensed Candidates

  • Independently sell insurance policies from start to finish.
  • Provide policy consultation and recommendations.
  • Handle quoting and sales independently.
