Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience in Event Coordination, Executive Briefing Programs, Field Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

Requirements:

  • Manage the end-to-end meeting delivery process for SICs/meetings at events, including updates in the meeting workflow tool and CRM, calendar coordination, discussion leader management, continuous auditing, and post-event wrap-up
  • Validate meeting topics with account teams to ensure the discussion aligns with the customer's needs and objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to source and align discussion leaders for each meeting
  • Ensure meeting prep canvases are completed by the account team through reminders and follow-ups, and coordinate with the larger Events Team to align on event requirements and timelines

Job Description:

  • The Client Innovation Center at Events team brings the Executive Meeting Suite to life at Salesforce's strategic events, including AMER World Tours, TrailblazerDX, Tableau Conference, Connections, and flagship events such as Dreamforce. The team drives high-value executive engagements at these events by connecting our Salesforce leaders and account teams with customers and partners to build trusted relationships and drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning, management, and execution of these world-class meeting experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing events to life, and can balance hands-on meeting execution with broader project management responsibilities. This position plays a key role in maintaining the operational excellence and high-touch hospitality that define the Salesforce Executive Meeting Suite experience.

What You'll Do...

Event Meeting Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end meeting delivery process for SICs/meetings at events, including updates in the meeting workflow tool and CRM, calendar coordination, discussion leader management, continuous auditing and post-event wrap-up.
  • Work with account teams to validate meeting topics, ensuring the discussion aligns with the customer's needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to source discussion leaders working independently or in partnership with the program lead to ensure the right discussion leaders are aligned to each meeting.
  • Ensure meeting prep canvases are completed by account team through reminders and follow-ups so stakeholders are fully prepared for each meeting.
  • Work with the larger Events Team to align on event requirements and timelines.

Project Management

  • Help to deliver updates to the meeting delivery team channel and share post-call action items.
  • Support demand generation outreach efforts to boost requests for meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and assets into a Single Source of Truth resource doc.
  • Support the preparation of event supported communications assets such as "Know Before You Go " canvases, field-facing decks, report hubs and recap reports.
  • Assist with additional administrative and project management tasks as needed.

Who you are...

  • Experienced. 2+ years of experience in Event Coordination, Executive Briefing Programs, Field Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Excellent Communicator. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and engages confidently with executive customers and stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of partners.
