About PeoplePartners

Work with global clients, gain real international exposure, and be part of a team that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning. We keep things human, dynamic, and forward-thinking — because great work happens when people feel supported and inspired.
If you’re looking for a place where your ideas matter and your career accelerates, you’ll feel right at home here.
Role Overview
This isn’t your typical “write-the-requirements-and-move-on” BA role.
As a Product Business Analyst (Software / SaaS), you’ll be the translator between vision and execution — shaping how ideas become real, usable products. You don’t just capture requirements; you define how things should work, anticipate what could go wrong, and bring structure to complexity.
If you enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity and helping teams build smarter, faster, and better — this is your kind of role.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate product initiatives into structured requirements.
Define workflows, system behaviors, and business rules.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
Collaborate with developers and QA during delivery.
Identify edge cases, dependencies, and system interactions.
Support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Ensure alignment between product requirements and delivered features.
