We are hiring a German + English B2-speaking Sales Development Representative to join an international team based in Sofia. In this role, you will support customers across multiple channels, handle inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a high-quality service experience. Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers via email, chat, and/or phone
