💼 Job Description:
We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, or chat, providing exceptional service and support.

🧩 Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries in Croatian (and occasionally in English)

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

🎯 Requirements:

• Native or fluent Croatian speaker

• Good level of English (B1+ or higher)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
