Maintain records, track progress, and provide consistent service support
Collaborate with internal team members and external partners as needed
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Previous customer support, coordination, or administrative experience is a plus
Interest in travel or travel services is beneficial
