About Finlanza

Finlanza Limited is a Business Systems Architecture Firm. We design and implement end-to-end business systems on Zoho across East Africa. We are building DataBridge — our proprietary data migration automation product — and this role sits at the heart of that build.

What you will do

Work through accounting data migrations under supervision — extract, clean, transform, and validate financial data
Learn and work with Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and DataBridge migration workflows
Write and adapt Python scripts for data extraction and transformation tasks
Validate migrated data against source trial balances — accuracy is non-negotiable
Document migration patterns and edge cases to feed into the DataBridge product roadmap

This is an entry-level role built for someone with accounting grounding and data curiosity. You will start by executing supervised migrations from QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Sage into Zoho Books — and as you master our systems, you will progress to Data Engineer and contribute directly to DataBridge product development.
