  • Manage a diverse portfolio of client projects, including large and complex accounts in pharma and healthcare, and coordinate across multiple workstreams with speed and precision.
  • Translate client goals into actionable project plans with clear timelines, scopes, budgets, and dependencies; facilitate scope discussions and priority alignment between stakeholders.
  • Act as a proactive communicator by following up consistently, identifying risks early, and resolving blockers; create and manage Asana tasks, project timelines, status reports for internal teams and clients; coordinate QA processes and mentor peer producers to maintain delivery standards.

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is seeking a mid-senior level project management professional to lead the delivery of complex digital marketing and web initiatives across multiple accounts, including high-visibility work in regulated industries such as pharma and healthcare. This role is designed for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving agency environments while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Role Overview

The Digital Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of digital projects across web, marketing, and campaign execution, partnering closely with designers, developers, strategists, and clients. This role requires strong agency experience, confidence managing complexity, and the ability to create order across multiple workstreams while maintaining clear communication, accountability, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects including websites, landing pages, paid media campaigns, email campaigns, banner ads, SEO/SEM initiatives, and social media deliverables.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of client projects, including large and complex accounts in pharma and healthcare.

  • Support a major agency partner relationship by coordinating across multiple workstreams with speed and precision.

Planning & Scope Management

  • Translate client goals into actionable project plans with clear timelines, scopes, budgets, and dependencies.

  • Facilitate scope discussions and priority alignment between stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

  • Manage shifting priorities while maintaining project momentum and delivery quality.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a proactive communicator by following up consistently, identifying risks early, and resolving blockers without delay.

  • Create and manage Asana tasks, project timelines, and status reports for internal teams and clients.

  • Translate technical and creative work into clear client-facing communication.

Quality Assurance & Team Support

  • Coordinate QA processes and support project documentation.

  • Contribute directly to execution when needed to keep projects moving.

  • Guide and mentor peer producers to strengthen team capability and maintain delivery standards.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital production or project management within an agency or similarly fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and high-visibility web projects with measurable outcomes.

  • Experience working with pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in small, agile agencies is a plus.

  • Experience supporting agency-to-agency relationships is a plus.

  • Background in lead generation, SEM, or SEO is a plus.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including web development, SEO/SEM, paid media, analytics, email marketing, and social media.

  • Strong command of project management tools, particularly Asana, with a strategic approach beyond task administration.

  • Working knowledge of AI tools, including ChatGPT, and ability to integrate them effectively into workflows.

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with strong clarity and professionalism.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Resourceful, resilient, and highly self-directed in project execution.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered workflows beyond basic prompting is a plus.
