Our client is an early-stage direct-to-consumer (DTC) company preparing to launch a new physical product designed for online sales. The brand build and packaging are nearly complete, with product launch expected within the coming months. The founding team brings strong business experience and is seeking marketing leadership to help translate their vision into a scalable go-to-market strategy. Social media and digital channels will serve as the primary growth engine, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, brand awareness, and performance-driven execution. This role will be instrumental in building early traction, establishing brand presence, and laying the marketing foundation ahead of launch.

The Digital Marketing Strategist will lead early marketing execution and strategy to support the company’s upcoming product launch. This role will own the development and execution of brand awareness initiatives, content strategy, and early paid media efforts. The Marketing Manager will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, operating independently in a fast-moving startup environment while working closely with the founding team to shape how the brand enters the market.
Develop and execute a go-to-market marketing strategy ahead of product launch.
Identify opportunities to scale marketing efforts post-launch.
Plan and oversee short-form content strategy across Meta, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar platforms.
Build brand awareness through storytelling and consistent brand positioning.
Manage content calendars and coordinate creative production.
Launch and optimize early paid media campaigns when appropriate.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy based on data insights.
Collaborate directly with founders to align marketing with business goals.
Establish foundational marketing processes and reporting structures.
3–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand marketing.
Experience launching or scaling a consumer or DTC brand strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Meta and short-form content ecosystems.
Strong understanding of social-first marketing strategies.
Ability to balance strategy with execution in an early-stage environment.
Comfortable working directly with founders and owning initiatives end-to-end.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Clear brand presence established prior to launch.
Consistent short-form content publishing cadence.
Early audience growth and engagement across social platforms.
Defined marketing roadmap and measurable KPIs.
Initial conversion channels validated through testing and iteration.
Marketing systems in place to support future team expansion.
