Strong QA lifecycle knowledge, testing processes, and SDLC experience (estimation and budgeting)
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks; familiarity with defect-tracking tools and QA lifecycle tools; ability to work across Waterfall and Agile methodologies

QA Engineer Location: 100% Remote 6+ months contract Salary: $/hr. On w2 only
US Citizen , Green Card and H4 EAD only- No Third Party
Requirements
The identified candidate will be responsible for Collaborating with client to define test strategy and test approaches Participating in Management Reviews and Teleconferences
Prepare detailed project plan and track schedule Defining QA dashboard and reporting engagement performance Identify dependencies constraints risks and issues
Handle escalations project issues from Client project managers and SMEs Provide weekly status report to Client Reviewing and providing inputs for all the testing related artifacts
Administer project change control Managing the project level risks Manage delivery of medium to large projects Facilitate root cause analysis Baseline testing deliverables
Effective stakeholder communication
Experience Exposure Expected 10 years of manual functional testing experience Minimum 5 years of managing testing teams
Sound test process knowledge and expertise in testing life cycle Relevant domain industry experience
End to end and hands on experience across SDLC phases Estimation and Budgeting
Experience Familiarity in different development methodologies Waterfall Agile etc.
Exposure to Test Automation tools and frameworks
Understanding of Mobile testing Performance Testing
Understanding of TCoE test maturity assessment frameworks and models Defect tracking
knowledge and deep understanding of various defect metrics QA lifecycle tools Client Quality Center QTP PTC etc. or equivalent
