Roles & Responsibilities

10+ years of IT experience in development, systems integration, microservices and architecture design
Extensive experience developing and supporting distributed systems and enterprise system integrations using RESTful APIs and standard data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP)
Proven experience managing and architecting end-to-end solutions for multiple technical integration projects, sometimes simultaneously
Strong working knowledge of Agile, Jira and Confluence; Azure experience is a plus

Requirements:

Design modern interfaces to and from Zuora (Subscription Management platform)
Transform the Subscription Management platform from manual to automated interfaces (APIs)
Create all necessary technical design documentation and participate in technical design reviews
Oversee implementations and coach developers

Job description

Integration architect
Remote position

Position Summary
In the role of Integration Architect, you will partner with business, architects and back-end system owners to build out a world-class global Subscription Management system. You will play an integral role in the planning, design, development oversite and testing oversite of all Subscription Management solutions. You will also drive process improvements to deliver software faster.

Architecture domain: Zuora (new), GCP, Azure, BizTalk, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Profisee
Areas of focus: customer master data creation and distribution; order and AP document integrations with ERPs; product and pricing master data; integrations with other third party vendors

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design modern interfaces to and from the new-to client Subscription Management platform (Zuora)
Transform the Subscription Management platform from manual to automated interfaces (APIs)
Simply complex processes using an enterprise integration platform like Azure Logic Apps
Turn business requirements, processes, and technical requirements (tech debt) into solutions that are easily implemented and supported
Create all necessary technical design documentation and participate in technical design reviews
Oversee implementations and coach developers
Support production troubleshooting and solutions

Qualifications include but not limited to:

10+ Years of IT Experience in development, systems integration, microservices and architecture design
Extensive experience developing and supporting distributed systems and enterprise system integrations using RESTful APIs and standard data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP)
Proven experience in managing and architecting end to end solutions for multiple technical integration projects, sometimes simultaneously
Ability to triage issues and multitask deliverables
Strong working knowledge of Agile, Jira and Confluence
Experience in implementing Subscription Management a plus
Experience with Azure a plus
