Roles & Responsibilities

Licensed pharmacist with a PharmD or BPharm degree
Experience in prescription verification and dispensing to ensure patient safety
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and patient privacy requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to upsell

Requirements:

Check prescriptions for accuracy and safety and ensure appropriateness for the patient
Digitize medicines as per prescription and coordinate with physicians' offices to clarify prescriptions as needed
Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate to relevant departments while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance
Take Home Delivery calls, upsell services, and make outbound calls to gather feedback and promote the Ecom/Tcom business model

Job description

Check prescriptions to ensure that there are no errors and that they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient.
Digitize the medicines as per the prescription.
Contacting referring physicians' offices with questions over prescription.
Handle customer queries, and resolve their issues or initiate appropriate steps such as complaint escalation to relevant departments for resolution.
Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality with respect to customers' medical details.
Take calls for Home Delivery and upsell
Make cold calls to take feedbacks and upsell
Make calls to promote the Ecom / Tcom business model
