Our client is launching and growing an online pet brand focused on dog products and is seeking a marketing professional to help build its ecommerce presence from the ground up. This role combines storefront management, marketplace expansion, and digital marketing execution, with a strong emphasis on driving online sales, improving product visibility, and supporting long-term brand growth through modern tools and data-driven strategies.
Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST
The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the ecommerce storefront, supporting marketplace expansion, and driving traffic and sales through digital marketing initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience across Shopify, ecommerce marketplaces, and paid digital channels, along with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to streamline content creation and optimize performance.
Manage and maintain the Shopify storefront, ensuring products, descriptions, pricing, and images are optimized.
Upload and organize product listings while maintaining a seamless customer shopping experience.
Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Support the setup and management of Amazon Seller Central.
Assist with launching and managing product listings on TikTok Shop.
Optimize product pages across platforms to improve visibility and conversions.
Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, including Facebook and Instagram.
Support TikTok marketing initiatives across content and advertising.
Develop strategies to drive qualified traffic to the ecommerce store and increase sales.
Create and schedule social media content that supports product promotion and brand awareness.
Design simple marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Use AI tools to generate marketing copy, product descriptions, and social media content.
Support ad and campaign ideation through AI-powered creative tools.
Monitor campaign performance and ecommerce analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Track product performance and optimize listings based on customer behavior and sales data.
Continuously test and improve marketing strategies to support growth.
Experience managing Shopify ecommerce stores.
Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or other ecommerce marketplaces.
Experience running or supporting paid social media campaigns, particularly Meta ads.
Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing and online sales funnels.
Ability to manage multiple platforms including Shopify, Amazon, and social media channels.
Experience using Canva and AI-assisted marketing tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Successful management and optimization of the ecommerce store to ensure a strong customer experience.
Consistent traffic and sales growth through digital marketing campaigns.
Effective support for marketplace expansion across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Ongoing identification of opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
Proactive testing and refinement of marketing strategies to improve outcomes.
