  • Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js for the backend and React/Next.js for the frontend
  • Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs and integrate external services
  • Contribute to AI-driven features by integrating LLM APIs and exploring AI capabilities within applications
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, remote teams and communicate in English and Spanish (C1-C2)

Hi! At Zarego, we're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. If you like building modern web applications and tackling interesting technical challenges, keep reading!

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer building web applications. 
  • Strong experience with Node.js for building backend services and APIs. 
  • Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development. 
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs. 
  • Interest or experience in building features that leverage AI capabilities, such as integrating LLM APIs or experimenting with AI-driven functionality in applications. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative teams. 
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (C1 - C2). 
  • Based in Latin America.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience working with AI APIs, LLMs, or AI development frameworks. 
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
