Job description

The client is a fast scaling FinTech company delivering open banking payment solutions across high-risk sectors. As demand for alternative payment methods rises within adult platforms, the company is expanding its commercial reach into this specialised segment.

This role is pivotal in building strategic partnerships with adult-focused platforms such as webcam services, dating apps, and subscription-based content providers. If you understand the unique challenges of this space and have the right network, this is a high-impact opportunity to drive revenue and market expansion.

🔍 Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard adult industry platforms like: webcam, dating, content subscription services;

  • Drive the full B2B sales cycle for open banking payment solutions within the adult segment;

  • Leverage existing network to generate qualified leads and accelerate deal flow;

  • Build and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy for adult platform clients across Europe;

  • Educate clients on open banking benefits, including cost efficiency, security, and conversion optimisation;

  • Navigate industry-specific challenges such as payment restrictions, compliance, and risk considerations;

  • Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to tailor solutions for high-risk merchant categories;

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value, long-term partnerships;

  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers;

  • Track market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor positioning within adult and high-risk verticals.

🎓 Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in FinTech, payments, or open banking;

  • Direct experience working with or selling into the adult industry (webcam, dating, content platforms, etc.);

  • Established network within adult digital platforms or high-risk merchant segments;

  • Strong understanding of payment challenges in adult/high-risk industries (e.g. acquiring, compliance, chargebacks);

  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills;

  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment;

  • Ability to manage complex, consultative sales processes;

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
