Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is seeking a highly organized sales support professional to strengthen their appointment-setting process and help drive consistent sales activity. This role is designed for someone who can manage lead engagement across multiple communication channels, maintain strong follow-up discipline, and ensure qualified prospects move efficiently through the scheduling pipeline while supporting the broader sales team’s objectives.

Role Overview

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting qualified appointments, following up with leads, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring clients attend scheduled calls. This role requires strong written and verbal communication, excellent organization, and consistent follow-through across text, email, and phone interactions to support the scheduling process and maintain lead engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Appointment Setting & Scheduling

  • Set qualified appointments by engaging with leads and scheduling calls with potential clients.

  • Ensure all appointments are scheduled in alignment with sales targets and objectives.

  • Work closely with the sales team to confirm appointments and align on expectations.

Follow-Up & Lead Engagement

  • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails to confirm qualification and appointment details.

  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and concerns while maintaining clear communication throughout the scheduling process.

Pipeline Management

  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all prospects are properly entered, tracked, and followed up with.

  • Keep the CRM system updated with appointment status, client interactions, and follow-up actions.

Ensuring Attendance & Client Commitment

  • Take proactive steps to ensure clients attend scheduled calls through reminders and confirmations via phone, email, and text.

  • Address concerns or obstacles that may prevent clients from attending calls or appointments.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR.

  • Proven experience setting appointments and following up with leads through multiple communication channels, including calls, emails, and texts.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong English grammar and tone.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a busy pipeline of leads and appointments.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools.

  • Ability to engage and nurture leads while maintaining commitment to scheduled appointments.

  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of responsibility for follow-up and appointment completion.
