Job description

Imagine a world where leasing a car is as seamless as streaming a movie. That's the future we're building by creating new solutions that power the automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility sector.

As Technical Product Manager for IAM (Identity & Access Management) within Miles Enterprise, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for this cross-cutting non-functional domain. You work with technologies like Keycloak and complementary IAM capabilities such as SSO, federation, MFA, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and auditing to deliver secure, scalable identity in on-prem and hosted setups. You collaborate closely with engineers in your dedicated Scrum team to solve important customer and business problems.

Your north star is to deliver secure, compliant, and frictionless access for our customers and their ecosystems, while reducing time-to-value for new projects. You will measure success through platform adoption, onboarding speed, security posture, and enabling customers to meet strict regulatory requirements in automotive finance and mobility.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Value & viability: Research customer and implementation team needs (interviews, data analysis); assess business viability; define outcomes that accelerate time-to-value; prioritize backlog by impact (e.g., faster customer go-lives, stronger security posture).
  • Feasibility de-risking: Collaborate with engineers to prototype and deliver IAM solutions, validating feasibility to accelerate delivery.
  • Hands-on delivery support: Given IAM's complexity, provide hands-on support for customer project integrations, leveraging deep domain knowledge to ensure seamless ecosystem adoption.
  • Empowered team leadership: Own backlog as the product voice in Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, sprint reviews); align business stakeholders; inspire the team to deliver on your north star goals for security, compliance, and frictionless access.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years as technical PM in enterprise platforms, with exposure to IAM (Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, or similar).
  • Deep IAM fluency: authentication, authorization, SSO/federation (OAuth 2.0/OIDC), lifecycle/provisioning (SCIM).
  • Computer science or software engineering background to engage technical experts effectively.
  • Strong product discovery skills: Expert at learning customer problems and turning insights into high-impact solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and bridge-building skills to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to pragmatically navigate a hybrid environment blending cutting-edge and legacy systems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Passion for B2B non-functionals and automotive finance a plus.
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is also a plus.

What else is expected

  • Strong stakeholder alignment across operations, engineering, sales, and customers.
  • Demonstrate leadership through influence and empowerment.
  • Participate actively as a team member with an outcomes-over-outputs focus.
  • Fluent in English, as the role requires interaction with international teams.

What we offer you

  • Competitive salary package
  • Company car with fuel card/ charging card
  • Meal vouchers
  • Group and hospitalization insurance
  • Additional benefits: bike leasing, flexible working hours, work from home up to 2 days per week
  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring from senior PMs to accelerate your impact in IAM and product leadership.

Join an international, multicultural company with more than 35 years of experience, which doubles in size every 5 years. We encourage a horizontal, open corporate culture where career development and personal growth are central. You benefit from a comprehensive 6-month onboarding, including a dedicated job coach, and receive ongoing learning opportunities. Participate in fun team activities such as after-work drinks, barbecues, family days, and company weekends. Additionally, you work in a modern and easily accessible office, equipped with charging stations for electric cars and bikes, as well as free shared bikes.
