About the Role

We’re looking for an Insurance Customer Service Rep (CSR) to deliver exceptional bilingual support to the customers of our insurance agency partner clients. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for candidates in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & outbound customer communication via phone and email, in English and Spanish.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and claims.
  • Contact customers regarding renewals and payment reminders.
  • Contact carriers to obtain policy information and resolve issues.
  • Handle inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Other similar or related tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in remote, customer-facing Insurance work with US/Canadian clients.
  • Proficiency with Agency Management Systems such as AMS360 or similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up), and backup connection.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
