About the Client:

Our client is an international iGaming technology provider specializing in turnkey platform solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators. The platform is designed to help operators launch and scale online gaming businesses efficiently while improving player retention and operational performance. With multiple international licenses and a strong presence across regulated markets, the company continues to expand its global partner network.

Position Overview:

The Sales Team Leader will drive B2B growth by promoting and selling the company’s platform solutions to online gaming operators. The role focuses on identifying operators launching new brands or upgrading their existing infrastructure, presenting the platform’s capabilities, and leading the commercial process through negotiation and contract signing.

Alongside individual business development, the position includes team leadership responsibilities. The Sales Team Leader will coordinate and develop a team of sales managers, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline, structured processes, and strong commercial performance.

Success in this role means securing strategic platform partnerships, expanding the company’s operator network, and building a high-performing sales team capable of delivering sustainable growth in a competitive global iGaming market. The role also includes active participation in major international and regional industry events and exhibitions such as ICE, SiGMA, SBC and other key conferences to generate new business opportunities, strengthen industry relationships, and promote the company’s platform solutions.

Requirements

Must-have:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within iGaming or related technology sectors
    • Strong experience selling iGaming platform solutions such as casino platforms, sportsbook platforms, or similar infrastructure products
    • Clear understanding of how online gaming platforms operate, including integrations, game aggregation, payments, and operator workflows
    • Proven ability to manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentation to contract negotiation and closing
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills with operators and business stakeholders
    • Fluent English for professional B2B communication, any additional language as a big plus
    • High level of initiative, energy, and a results-driven mindset
    • Leadership potential, including the ability to mentor colleagues, coordinate sales activities, and grow into a team management role

Nice-to-have:

    • Informal leadership experience such as mentoring colleagues, leading projects, or coordinating sales initiatives
    • Existing network within the iGaming ecosystem
    • Experience selling complex B2B technology products or platform infrastructur
