Job Opening: Junior Recruiter
Location: South Africa, Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST) Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Review incoming applications and screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate outreach via email, messaging platforms, or phone.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, resume databases, and other recruitment tools.
Support senior recruiters with administrative recruitment tasks.
Track recruitment activity and help maintain organized candidate pipelines.
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment, HR support, or talent sourcing preferred but not always required.
Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other online job boards.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar office tools.
