Workday Extend Developer (Performance & Recruiting)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer to design and deliver Workday Extend applications and integrations supporting Performance Management and Recruiting initiatives. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has a proven track record building Workday solutions and translating functional requirements into scalable, high-quality technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build Workday Extend applications supporting performance management workflows, including mid-cycle promotion processes
Develop and implement Workday Studio integrations for recruiting and talent acquisition workflows
Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Contribute to solution design discussions, including architecture, integration patterns, and best practices
Support end-to-end implementation, including testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Workday best practices

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
Proven experience with Workday Extend, including custom applications and API integrations
Strong experience building integrations using Workday Studio
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Extend Certification
Workday Integrations Certification
Experience supporting Workday Performance Management and/or Recruiting modules
