Regional Manager – Affordable Housing | Mt Laurel, NJ


Salary: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 /year | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid + Regional Travel | Exempt

What You Bring as a Regional Manager


  • You’re a strong communicator and a strategic thinker who leads with purpose. You bring:
  • 5+ years of affordable housing management experience, including LIHTC, Section 8, or HUD compliance.
  •  Solid experience with HUD 50059 is required. 
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience with training, performance management, and staffing.
  • Knowledge of budgets, NOI, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
  • Certifications such as COS, LIHTC, or STAR preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Flexibility for regional travel for site visits, inspections, and meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $110,000.00. The actual compensation may vary depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. This range does not include additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
