Job Description:

We’re looking for Photo editors with strong experience in wedding/lifestyle photo editing. This is an essential position for the company and so it is important to us that the position is right for you as well. This position is ideal for someone for a self-motivated individual who has strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at one time. This individual must be able to communicate in English. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Post-editing photos including resizing, retouching, color correcting, straightening and cropping
  

• Culling and organizing large volumes of images from photographers to select the strongest images for our galleries
  

• Ensuring all edited photos meet brand standards and are client-ready
  

• Adaptable and swift to implement cutting-edge photo editing technology to optimize efficiency and maximize output
  

• Maintain file naming conventions
  

• Maintain organization for file and digital asset management
  

• Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

• Ability to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly output goals
  

• Ability to meet or exceed quality metrics
  

• Ability to work independently and routinely produce client-ready work without assistance, producing defect free work, adhering to organizational standard operating procedures
  

• Adhere to brand standards and guidelines for final output
  

• Ability to troubleshoot common issues with photo culling and editing programs
  

Requirements

Experience and Execution:

Required

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of photo editing experience using Adobe Lightroom
  

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  

• Basic understanding of photography (terminology, composition, etc.)
  

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  

Performance & Standards

• Meet or exceed assigned KPIs, targets, and quality goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
  

• Meet all deadlines and delivery targets
  

• Adhere to all company SOPs, Best Practices, and Brand Standards
  

• Meet targets assigned in the continuous improvement plan

• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
  

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in high-volume editing environments
  

• Experience working across multiple brand standards and large-scale workflows
  

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including object removal and AI photo manipulation
