We are looking for a photo post-production manager who has professional experience in managing and streamlining a creative team while maintaining high-volume, high-quality output. This is an essential position for the company and so it is important to us that this position is a good fit for you as well. This position is ideal for someone who has both high standards of quality and the ability to orchestrate a team handling a diverse set of tasks. This individual should have familiarity with photo post-production workflows and verbal communication in English.

Job Description:
The Photo Post Assistant Manager will be responsible for both team management and ensuring excellent workmanship through management of the team as well as team coaching and development. This individual is someone who orients to meeting targets without sacrificing customer quality. This position will be responsible for the photo post-production team as well as reporting responsibly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the photo post-production team meeting or exceeding all required KPIs and targets
- Train and oversee workflow for the production team
- Manage employee resources including allocating and reallocating resources
- Sequence, prioritize, and assign tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Quality control of all output of the photo production team
- Develop and refine processes and procedures for the department
- Monitor department productivity to ensure targets are met
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching when needed
- Interview new candidates when needed
- Maintain organization for all team members to be properly and efficiently tracked in their productivity
- Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by manager
- Train individuals on standards and operating procedures
- Be a conduit for the growth and success of post-production skillset within the team

- 100% Team Member target achievement. Supervision of diverse tasks including but not limited to:
- High Quality Image editing
- Review and confirmation images submissions for completeness and generalized quality standards
- Organization and assessment image sets to prepare for editing
- Work with the management team to develop creative solutions

EXPERIENCE AND EXECUTION ESSENTIALS:
- 5+ years of photo post production experience
- 3+ years of management experience and training
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues and challenges
- Fluent in English and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Have real work experience following creative direction with real deadlines and structure
- Have a professional track record of managing a team of editors
- Proficiency in organizational skill and time management
