Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop strong consulting capabilities to analyze client requirements and propose effective integration solutions.
  • Independently create high-quality proposals, solution documents, and consulting assessments from scratch.
  • Lead and contribute to large RFP/RFI responses, representing the Integration practice in cross-functional response teams.
  • Design scalable and robust solutions across 2–3 integration technologies, including effort estimation and sizing.
  • Present solutions to customers, articulate value propositions, and handle stakeholder discussions confidently.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful solution alignment and delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships within partner ecosystems; understand partner offerings and integration touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to identify, farm, and mine new business opportunities.
  • Support the creation of marketing collaterals, decks, and solution assets in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Actively contribute to solution innovation and capability building within the organization.

 

Key Skills :

 

  • Proven experience in integration architecture and solutioning.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least 2–3 integration platforms/technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, iPaaS).
  • Experience in RFP response creation, proposal writing, and solution estimation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work across sales, delivery, and partner teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems and alliance management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to client outcomes.
