  • Guide customers through evaluations, develop deep understanding of their business challenges, and translate into measurable privacy, security, and compliance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable features; represent Skyflow externally and mentor junior team members.
  • Maintain mastery of Skyflow’s Privacy Vault and related cloud architectures; stay current with architectural trends and privacy-by-design principles.

About the Role:

Skyflow’s Solutions Engineering Team is looking for customer-focused Architects and Engineers who thrive in action-oriented environments and are ready to lead the charge in solving complex privacy challenges. As a trusted technical advisor, you will partner with enterprise customers to architect privacy-first solutions that integrate Skyflow’s Data Privacy Vault into their platforms.

In this role, you will be hands-on in guiding customers through technical evaluations, building tailored demos, and leading top-notch POCs. Your focus will be on driving results, ensuring that Skyflow’s solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations for privacy, security, and compliance while empowering them to remain agile in a rapidly evolving landscape.

You have extensive experience building and maintaining relationships with technical and product teams at large enterprises, both pre and post-sales. You excel at understanding the business and technical needs of customers, consistently delivering innovative solutions that drive success.

You will:

  • Technical Mastery & Learning:

    • Develop a deep expertise in Skyflow’s Privacy Vault and its integration into enterprise data architectures.

    • Stay current with architectural trends, cloud technologies, and API best practices, ensuring cutting-edge solutions for customers.

    • Master data privacy and “privacy by design” principles, becoming a go-to expert across industries.

  • Solutioning & Customer Engagement:

    • Architect tailored solutions that demonstrate how the Skyflow Privacy Vault fits into customer environments and drives measurable business value.

    • Lead technical evaluations, build customized demos, and deliver best-in-class POCs to showcase Skyflow’s capabilities.

    • Develop a deep understanding of customer business challenges, proactively offering solutions that enhance their data privacy, security, and compliance efforts.

  • Leadership & Internal Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with Skyflow’s product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable product features and improvements.

    • Represent Skyflow externally, showcasing how we solve some of the most critical data privacy challenges in the world.

    • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team culture.

You have:

  • Enterprise experience in pre-sales or technical customer-facing roles, with a focus on enterprise-level engagements.

  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions with Product Managers, Developers, Engineers, and C-level stakeholders, effectively translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

  • Strong experience building and managing relationships in fast-paced, technical organizations, particularly in pre and post-sales environments.

  • Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and API-centric development (REST, GraphQL, microservices).

  • In-depth knowledge of data architectures (relational databases, NoSQL data stores, ETL, integration workflows).

  • Strong application security background, including Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Key Management, and advanced security models (PBAC, ABAC, RBAC).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A strong listener and learner who is always eager to grow and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to design privacy-first architectures, leveraging privacy regulations and best practices such as GDPR, CCPA, and “privacy by design” principles.

  • Experience in leading proof-of-concepts (POCs) and custom demos to validate solutions in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
