  • Optimize marketing funnels from visitor to lead to client, including landing pages, messaging, and lead capture; run A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM processes to nurture leads, track pipeline performance, and provide accurate reporting

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

They partner with businesses across multiple industries to deliver measurable growth and are now expanding their internal marketing leadership to strengthen client acquisition and business development.

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of the agency’s internal client acquisition strategy, building scalable systems that generate qualified leads and expand the marketing pipeline. This role combines outbound prospecting, paid media, partnerships, funnel optimization, and marketing automation, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Develop and manage outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.

  • Build and optimize outreach campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and email.

  • Identify and engage companies that align with the agency’s target client profile.

  • Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates.

Strategic Partnerships & Growth Channels

  • Identify and develop partnerships that generate new client opportunities.

  • Build referral and co-marketing relationships with complementary businesses.

  • Develop scalable partnership strategies that support consistent lead generation.

  • Monitor partnership performance and optimize for stronger results.

Paid Media & Acquisition Campaigns

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns designed to generate inbound leads.

  • Manage performance across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve cost per acquisition and lead quality.

  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Funnel Optimization & Conversion Improvements

  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion from visitor to lead and lead to client.

  • Collaborate on landing pages, messaging, and lead capture strategies.

  • Run A/B tests and implement improvements based on performance data.

  • Improve the overall client acquisition journey to increase conversions.

Marketing Systems & Automation

  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows that support lead nurturing.

  • Maintain visibility into marketing pipeline performance and key metrics.

  • Use CRM and marketing tools to track leads and automate marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure accurate reporting on lead generation and marketing performance.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.

  • Experience in B2B marketing or within marketing agencies is strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience driving lead generation and client acquisition across multiple channels.

  • Experience building and managing outbound prospecting systems.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of demand generation and client acquisition strategies.

  • Experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns.

  • Ability to analyze funnel performance and implement conversion improvements.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable growth systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
