Responsibilities

  • Teach Japanese elementary students in Japanese using Think Academy Japan's self-developed textbooks and company app; engage students through training and capability-building events
  • Prepare and optimize courses: rehearse for classes, create lesson plans, and improve courses based on student feedback
  • Provide individualized instruction based on student abilities and personalities, including special support and one-on-one tutoring to meet special needs
  • Assess and give feedback: regularly check homework, administer tests to assess progress, and communicate learning status to parents

オンラインの非常勤小学校数教師

 

仕事内容

1. 日本の小学生に日本語で算数を教える:

a.Think Academy 日本校が独自に開発した教科書に基づいて教える

b.自社のAPPを使用

c. 生徒たちの算数への興味をそそるため、トレニンーグや能力向上イベントなどに参加

2. コースの準備と最適化:

a. 授業に向けてきちん練習すること

b. 教案を作ること

c. 学生のフィードバックに基づいたコースを改善すること

3. 個性に合わせて指導する:

a. 学力や個性などに基づいて特殊支援を提供する

b. 生徒の特別なニーズを満たすための個別指導

4. 評価とフィードバック:

a. 定期的に宿題をチェックすること

b. 定期的にテストや試験を実施し、生徒の学習進度を評価します。

c. 定期的に生徒の学習状況について保護者とコミュニケーションをとる

 

職務要件

1. 学歴:

a. 日本の名門大学に在学中、学士・修士どちらでも可

b. 理系専攻、数学に優れる

2. スキル要件:

a.教育事業に興味があり、子供が大好きで、強い責任感を持っています。

b. 小学校の算数指導した経験のある者を優先(学校、団体、個人問わず可)

c. 生徒、保護者、と効対話できる優れたコミュニケーションスキル

d. 活発で社交的な性格、カメラセンスが高い方が優先

3. 言語スキル:

a. 日本語を母国語とする者、できれば簡単な英語/中国語のコミュニケーション能力を持つこと
