Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Electrical and Instrumentation or a related field, with at least 5 years of offshore field experience maintaining electrical and/or instrumentation equipment in the oil and gas industry
Knowledge and experience with PID, loop diagrams, and termination drawings; ability to calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters; capable of testing control valves and on-off valves; trained in Electrical Safety and electrical isolator procedures
Experience or knowledge of Swagelok fittings and tubing; basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
BOSIET offshore safety certification and a valid medical certificate; ability to communicate effectively in English and Thai; physically able to stand, walk, and climb for approximately 50% of the work time

Responsibilities

Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and major repairs on electrical and instrumentation equipment according to the maintenance plan, manufacturer/company standards, and CONCOR team lead instructions; perform offshore campaigns per schedule and safety procedures
Ensure materials, equipment, and tools are available for operations; report abnormalities to the maintenance team lead for timely corrective actions and maintain equipment reliability; provide maintenance completion data for CONCOR reporting
Test spare equipment on a routine basis, diagnose faults, and restore equipment to service as required; comply with HSE policies in all tasks
Maintain high quality workmanship, ensure tools and equipment are in good condition, and foster strong teamwork with company personnel, external personnel, and the community to support smooth operations and a safe working environment; adhere to company standards, HSE policies, laws and regulations

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

รับผิดชอบดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน แก้ไข ซ่อมแซมเมื่อเกิดขัดข้อง และซ่อมใหญ่ของอุปกรณ์ตามแผนบำรุงรักษาของบริษัท โดยเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานผู้ผลิต/มาตรฐานบริษัท
รับคำสั่งงาน (Maintenance Job Cards) จากหัวหน้าทีม CONCOR และดำเนินงาน (เช่น แคมเปญภารกิจนอกชายฝั่ง) ตามขั้นตอน ตารางเวลา และ/หรือ ตามคำสั่งของหัวหน้าทีม CONCOR โดยปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนความปลอดภัยของโรงงาน
รับผิดชอบให้มั่นใจว่าวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือพร้อมใช้งานตามที่ต้องการสำหรับการปฏิบัติงาน
รายงานความผิดปกติที่พบในอุปกรณ์ให้หัวหน้าทีมบำรุงรักษาของบริษัททันที เพื่อให้ดำเนินการแก้ไขทันเวลาและรักษาความน่าเชื่อถือของอุปกรณ์/โรงงาน
รับผิดชอบในการส่งข้อมูลให้หัวหน้าทีม CONCOR สำหรับรายงานการบำรุงรักษาที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์
ทดสอบอุปกรณ์สำรองตามรอบและแก้ไขอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุดตามคำสั่ง ซ่อมแซมและฟื้นฟูให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน รายงานความผิดปกติหรือความแตกต่าง
ปฏิบัติตามและส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย HSE ของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัดในงานทั้งหมดที่รับผิดชอบ และรายงานโดยตรงต่อหัวหน้าทีม CONCOR
ให้มั่นใจว่าการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน แก้ไข งานประจำ และงานไม่ประจำ ดำเนินการอย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพภายในกรอบเวลา
ให้มั่นใจว่างานที่ดำเนินการมีคุณภาพสูงสุด
ให้มั่นใจว่าเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในไซต์งานอยู่ในสภาพดีพร้อมใช้งาน
รักษาความร่วมมือที่ดีและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่แข็งแรงกับสมาชิกทีม บุคลากรของบริษัท บุคคลภายนอก และชุมชนต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานอย่างราบรื่นและสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ดี

คุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์

ปวส. หรือสูงกว่า ด้านไฟฟ้าและเครื่องมือวัด (Electrical & Instrument) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานภาคสนามอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าและ/หรือเครื่องมือวัดในอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันและก๊าซนอกชายฝั่ง หรือสาขาที่คล้ายกัน
มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน P&ID, Loop Diagram, Termination Drawing
สามารถสอบเทียบเครื่องมือวัดสำหรับ Pressure, Temperature, Flow และ Level Transmitters และทดสอบการทำงานของ Control Valve และ On-Off Valve
ผ่านการฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัยไฟฟ้า/การแยกวงจรไฟฟ้า (Electrical Safety / Electrical Isolator Training)
มีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้ด้าน Swagelok Fitting และ Tubing
มีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบไฮดรอลิกและนิวเมติก
มี BOSEIT และใบรับรองแพทย์ที่ยังมีผลบังคับใช้
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและไทยได้ในระดับพอใช้
สามารถยืน เดิน และปีนป่ายประมาณ 50% ของเวลางาน
