WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Producer of Experiential Events is the day-to-day contact for our clients and manages all production components of a project from start to finish. Producers are the backbone of our projects and deliver information, logistics, and operational knowledge to make our creative ideas into an amazing living breathing experience for all to enjoy. We seek to find the jack of all who can help deliver the high level creative we are so passionate about. No task is too small, no ideas too big!; creative thoughts need creative solutions and we look to you to lend your wisdom.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
At least 3-5 years of experience managing events, brand activations, mobile tours, pop ups, corporate/commercial product launches, press events, and/or award shows
Understand event industry norms such as:
Venue contracting – the overall process, including concessions
Housing – room blocks, shoulder dates, cumulative blocks, and attrition
Catering – food and beverage minimums
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Budget and financial tracking experience required
Strong computer and technology skills, especially Google Worksapce
Ability to take initiative to learn and produce high quality work
Onsite team management experience
Ability to collaborate with others and work well on a team
Experience partnering & collaborating with Creative teams for spatial designs and graphic design
Display a positive attitude in all interactions with internal and external customers
Flexibility and willingness to assist colleagues with projects and tasks outside of job requirements
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively participate in creative event ideation and continue look and feel of creative deck shared by creative/art directors;
Review and edit each draft to ensure integrity and budget feasibility of creative concepts prior to sharing with client.
Update creative decks weekly based on client feedback
Ensure that creative/experiential end product matches project specifications
Working with Technical Director and Art Director to cross check fabrication production.
Development and management of all print graphics based on look and feel from the creative team.
Effectively communicate client needs and wishes to team, including cross-functionally.
Lead weekly client calls and review post-call debriefs, ensuring accuracy.
Share and recap emails post calls, internally and externally.
Create all necessary project documentation including workback timelines, PA grids, production schedule, graphics grid, décor/prop purchase grid, contact sheet, deliverables grid, etc.
Manage and track project budgets shared by EP; Set up production documents with budget buckets for coordinators/art directors to work within.
Contract with and manage vendors (including venue, fabrication, AV, printers, caterers, graphic designers, artists, developers, etc); negotiate pricing to maximize profit
Oversee location research undertaken by Coordinators
Manage timelines/deadlines for each vendor (including venue, fabrication, AV, printers, caterers, graphic designers, artists, developers, security, etc).
Conduct site visits and onsite meetings with vendors (i.e. catering tasting, scenic builds, etc) .
Create ROS in collaboration with client and deliver to show caller where applicable.
Responsible for the safety of staff and guests at event. In the event of an emergency or accident, will file the necessary incident reports and contact authorities (medical, fire, paramedic), as well as let MAS senior management know.
Reconcile all receipts with coordinator and close out budget with EP/Director of Production.
Responsible for all post event trafficking to client or storage.
Follow up with client post event to review event pros and cons.
Write event summary and share photos for MAS files and social media.
Ensure all files are transferred into their name from any freelancers.

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $90,000 - $125,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
