Introduction
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Controller (m/w/d) mit 3–5 Jahren Berufserfahrung, wahlweise in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (50 %).
Your mission
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reportings, Forecasts und Budgetplanungen
  • Analyse von Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Tools
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen sowie Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Analyse und Monitoring von SaaS-Kennzahlen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und Management
  • Unterstützung bei Pricing-Analysen und Umsatzplanung
Your profile
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • Sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit BI- oder ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an einem technologiegetriebenen Umfeld (Software/SaaS)
