Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Java and Playwright to join our product team. The ideal candidate should have experience building automation frameworks, executing ERP test scenarios, performing bulk/batch testing, and analyzing and correlating results to identify defects and improve test consistency.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to design critical test scenarios for complex enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Java and Playwright. (Must have)
Design and execute automated test cases for ERP applications and enterprise platforms. (Good to have)
Perform bulk and batch testing to validate large data scenarios and enterprise workflows.
Analyze test execution results and generate actionable insights and establish patterns for failures
Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
Contribute to automation framework improvements and test strategy.
Create test data, automation utilities, and reusable test components.
Think through edge cases and critical scenarios for enterprise workflows.
Participate in code reviews and QA process improvements.
Required Skills
1.5 – 3 years of experience in Test Automation
Strong experience in Java (Must have)
Hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework (Must have)
Exposure to Selenium (Highly desired)
Experience testing ERP / enterprise applications (Good to have)
Understanding of test automation frameworks
Familiarity with test reporting and result analysis
Strong debugging and defect reporting skills
Good understanding of software testing lifecycle
Preferred Skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of SQL / database validation
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Exposure to large-scale test automation suites
Familiarity with test management tools

This position is primarily work-from-office based in our Noida office. The role may require working in rotational shifts to support global projects, typically 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
While the role is office-based, employees who opt to work the evening shift may be eligible for work-from-home flexibility.
