Requirements:

  • Asset review and QA, auditing assets for completeness; perform QA on ad creatives, landing pages, and email templates; coordinate asset creation with the design team and manage the review/approval cycle
  • Internal coordination to schedule and assign setup tasks; manage ClickUp workflows and templates; submit campaign blueprint documentation to engineering to deliver dashboards within 10 business days of go-live
  • Client communication and reporting coordination, acting as primary contact for status updates; participate in client calls; route ad-hoc reporting to ad ops and ensure standard dashboards are delivered per SLA

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client operates a marketing operations environment focused on delivering turnkey campaign execution for clients in media, publishing, and digital advertising. Their team manages integrated campaign delivery programs that coordinate ad operations, email operations, design, and reporting workflows. Campaign accuracy, operational speed, and reliable client communication are central to their service model, and they are expanding their operations team to strengthen day-to-day campaign coordination and delivery.

Role Overview

The Campaign Manager will coordinate the execution of client marketing campaigns by managing campaign intake, internal workflows, asset quality assurance, and client communication. This role sits at the center of the campaign delivery process, bridging client requests and internal activation teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time. Working closely with the senior Marketing Operations Project Manager, this position focuses on structured coordination, operational accountability, and maintaining consistent campaign delivery across multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Intake & Triage

  • Monitor and manage incoming client campaign requests in ClickUp, ensuring tasks are properly categorized, prioritized, and assigned to the correct internal teams (ad ops, email ops, design).

  • Confirm receipt of all required campaign materials within two business days and proactively follow up on missing assets.

Asset Review & Quality Assurance

  • Audit all incoming campaign assets for completeness before handing them off to the activation team.

  • Perform QA on ad creatives, paid social previews, landing pages, and email templates before anything is shared with clients.

  • Coordinate asset creation requests with the internal design team and manage the review and approval cycle end-to-end.

Internal Coordination

  • Schedule and assign campaign setup tasks to ad operations and email operations teams based on campaign scope and team capacity.

  • Manage existing ClickUp workflows and templates, identifying gaps or inefficiencies when they arise.

  • Submit dashboard requests to the engineering team by completing campaign blueprint documentation, including naming conventions, target audience, and channels, ensuring dashboards are delivered within 10 business days of campaign go-live.

Client Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign status, timeline updates, and approval requests through email, Slack, or Teams.

  • Participate in client calls when needed to capture action items and ensure tasks move quickly into internal workflows.

  • Communicate proactively about go-live timelines, mid-campaign updates, and any blockers.

Reporting Coordination

  • Facilitate ad-hoc client reporting requests by routing them to the ad operations team.

  • Ensure standard campaign dashboards are prepared and delivered to clients according to established service level agreements.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, digital advertising coordination, or a similar operations-focused role.

  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp or comparable project management tools such as Asana or Monday.

  • Experience working in media, publishing, or digital advertising environments is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong quality assurance instincts and attention to detail when reviewing campaign assets and deliverables.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow tools such as Gemini, ClickUp AI, or similar automation solutions, along with a willingness to continue learning.

  • Clear and professional written communication skills for asynchronous client interaction.

  • High level of self-sufficiency and proactive problem identification.

  • Strong organizational abilities and accountability in managing multiple campaign workflows.

  • Comfortable working with collaboration and productivity tools including Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.

  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of operational outcomes.

  • All incoming client requests are acknowledged and triaged within two business days.

  • Campaign requirements are accurately translated to internal teams without missing details.

  • Campaign assets are reviewed and approved before reaching clients.

  • Dashboards are consistently delivered within 10 business days of campaign launch.

  • Campaign workflows run smoothly with strong operational oversight ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
