Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support their marketing and design initiatives. The company operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where visual communication plays an important role in delivering clear and engaging marketing materials. This role focuses primarily on the creation of flyer designs and templates aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring that marketing messages are communicated effectively through high-quality visual assets.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials, with a primary focus on designing flyers and flyer templates aligned with brand guidelines. This role requires strong project management skills to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate key messages and support marketing objectives.
Design flyers and flyer templates based on brand specifications and marketing goals
Create visually appealing, on-brand designs that effectively communicate messages and engage the target audience
Work on various design tasks as required, with a primary focus on flyers and potential expansion to other marketing materials
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials
Prioritize design tasks effectively, balancing short-term deadlines and long-term design goals
Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure design requirements and project timelines are met
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand design needs and project requirements
Make revisions to designs based on constructive feedback while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines
1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles
Good communication skills and the ability to accept and implement feedback effectively
Ability to create designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Timely and high-quality delivery of flyer designs and templates aligned with brand standards
Positive feedback from team members and stakeholders regarding design work
Consistent ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage design projects
