This is a high-impact, cross-functional role built for a marketer who thrives in variety. You'll own email marketing end-to-end across four DTC brands while contributing to social, influencer, and campaign operations — supported by Brand Managers and a collaborative team. It's fast-paced, but never unsupported.
Write, design, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with each brand’s tone, objectives, and promotional calendar
Build responsive email templates optimized for desktop and mobile
Design campaign graphics using Canva and Adobe Suite
Manage segmentation and personalization strategies to increase open and click-through rates
Track and analyze campaign performance; report on KPIs and apply learnings to optimize future sends
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and deliverability best practices
Maintain and update the email content calendar in collaboration with the Junior Brand Manager and Brand Manager
Stay informed on email marketing trends, Klaviyo updates, and performance best practices
Lead day-to-day engagement across brand social media platforms
Respond to DMs, comments, and community inquiries to maintain a positive and responsive brand voice
Identify and reach out to UGC creators and micro-influencers for content partnerships
Manage contracting, onboarding, and whitelisting setup where needed
Assist the SVP of Marketing and Brand Managers with campaign execution and brand initiatives
Place and track product sample orders for influencer, media, and campaign use
Support planning and execution of brand photo shoots, including production schedules and talent coordination
Manage calendars, timelines, and administrative needs to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration
2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, influencer management, or social media, ideally within a DTC environment
Experience using social scheduling tools, such as Planoly
Experience marketing to US-based consumers (bonus)
Affiliate management experience (bonus)
Background in graphic design (bonus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong copywriting and visual design capabilities
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting
Deep understanding of email best practices, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and influencer tools (e.g., Grin)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust strategy based on performance
Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, entrepreneurial environment
