About the Role

We’re looking for a senior, execution-focused HR Business Partner to support and scale our internal people operations. This role is critical for institutionalizing HR processes, improving team stability, and strengthening performance and accountability across the organization.

The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to leadership while owning the design, implementation, and governance of core HR processes inside our HRIS, ensuring alignment between people's decisions, business needs, and company values.

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems and Process Institutionalization

  • Lead the conversion of documented HR processes into structured workflows and learning paths within the HRIS.

  • Own the standardization and documentation of core HR processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and audit readiness.

  • Ensure HR processes are adopted, followed, and continuously improved.

Onboarding and Internal Enablement

  • Design and standardize onboarding programs by role and department.

  • Ensure 100% of new internal hires complete and pass mandatory onboarding syllabi.

  • Partner with managers to improve onboarding effectiveness and early-stage retention.

Performance Management and Accountability

  • Implement performance KPIs for backoffice and delivery teams within the HRIS.

  • Ensure KPI data is reviewed at least once before quarter-end and used to support decision-making.

  • Support managers in performance tracking, feedback conversations, and accountability processes.

Attrition Reduction and Team Stability

  • Monitor quarterly attrition trends and proactively identify risk areas.

  • Partner with leadership to implement retention and engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure quarterly attrition remains below defined targets

Values, Role Fit and People Decisions

  • Lead quarterly reviews and values-alignment checks across teams.

  • Support leadership in people decisions by ensuring alignment with role fit, performance, and company values.

  • Act as a trusted advisor in contractors relations and corrective action processes.

Compensation, Stipends and Governance

  • Ensure clear documentation, approval flows, and policy adherence.

  • Partner with leadership on compensation-related insights and data.

HR Visibility, Reporting and Insights

  • Own and maintain HR dashboards covering onboarding, attrition, and performance KPIs.

  • Ensure leadership has visibility into HR metrics and execution progress.

  • Strengthen HR execution discipline through clear timelines, follow-ups, and reporting.

About You

  • Native-level English (spoken and written).

  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles such as HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or People Partner.

  • Strong experience implementing HR processes, performance frameworks, and HR systems.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic advisory with hands-on execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analysis skills.

  • Advanced Google Sheets proficiency (formulas, dashboards, trackers).
