Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


This is an ongoing opportunity pipeline for future paid media roles. By applying, you will be considered for various paid media roles across our client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Campaign Management:
    Manage, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Optimization & Reporting:
    Focus on optimizing campaigns to improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Ensure the success of each campaign by analyzing data and adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Lead Generation:
    Build and manage paid campaigns specifically geared toward lead generation, working towards increasing qualified leads and driving ROI.

  • Data-Driven Approach:
    Use data to monitor and optimize campaigns, generating reports on performance and offering insights to improve results.

  • Collaboration:
    While you will be working independently, you will also be expected to share insights and collaborate with our internal team and clients as needed.
