Requirements:

  • Manage and maintain 7–8 brand accounts across Instagram and Facebook (with occasional TikTok), ensuring each has a unique voice, aesthetic, and brand positioning.
  • Create and curate brand-aligned content using existing assets, source stock assets, edit photos/videos into posts and reels, transform static images into dynamic reels, and leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and performance.
  • Monitor brand accounts daily, respond to comments and messages, engage with influencers and communities, and follow strategically aligned accounts to support growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and social listening to identify trends and adjust content and engagement strategies based on insights.

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

This role supports the growth and visibility of 7–8 brands, each with its own identity, audience, and voice, requiring both creative precision and operational discipline.

Role Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will oversee and grow the presence of 7–8 distinct brands across Instagram and Facebook, with occasional TikTok management. This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong editing skills, creative judgment, and the ability to curate visually cohesive, brand-appropriate content for multiple audiences. The Social Media Manager will leverage existing assets, source high-quality stock content, transform static images into engaging reels, and use AI tools to enhance creativity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Brand Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain 7–8 distinct brand accounts across Instagram and Facebook, with occasional TikTok oversight.

  • Ensure each account maintains a unique voice, aesthetic, and brand positioning.

  • Curate visually cohesive feeds aligned with each brand’s identity and target audience.

Content Curation & Creation

  • Create aesthetically driven, brand-aligned content using existing photo and video libraries.

  • Source high-quality stock assets to elevate overall content quality when needed.

  • Edit existing photos and videos into engaging posts and reels.

  • Transform static images into dynamic, captivating reels using editing applications.

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, streamline editing processes, and optimize content performance.

Engagement & Interaction

  • Monitor brand accounts daily and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Engage with relevant accounts, influencers, and communities to increase reach and visibility.

  • Follow strategically aligned accounts to support brand growth and positioning.

Competitive Analysis & Social Listening

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities across relevant industries.

  • Monitor brand mentions and audience sentiment through social listening.

  • Adjust content direction and engagement strategies based on insights and performance data.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts.

  • Experience in real estate or hospitality is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in editing applications (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe) and reel creation.

  • Ability to create engaging video content from static images.

  • Experience sourcing and curating high-quality stock imagery.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization.

  • Strong aesthetic judgment and creative eye.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Strong written communication skills.
