  • Strategically repurpose and recycle existing content (50% of workload), adapt briefs (30%), and contribute original ideas (20%), with strategic creative feedback in Figma to ensure alignment with brand voice
  • Build and QA landing pages and product/education pages via Shogun; update collection pages and ensure desktop/mobile consistency
  • Collaborate on segmentation and cross-functional alignment, ensuring accurate targeted segments; coordinate email needs with Sales and Education and align email and website assets; analyze performance metrics to derive actionable insights

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview

The Email Marketing Coordinator will support brand marketing initiatives with a primary focus on executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo. This role will ensure all customer-facing digital content meets quality standards and aligns with the brand’s voice and visual identity. Acting as a key liaison across teams, the Coordinator will execute, analyze, and refine email, SMS, and landing page campaigns while collaborating closely with managers and creative team members in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Digital Content Management

  • Execute, build, and QA email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring data accuracy, functional links, and adherence to brand standards.

  • Strategically repurpose and recycle existing content (50% of workload), adapt briefs (30%), and contribute original ideas (20%).

  • Provide strategic creative feedback in Figma to ensure alignment with the brand’s voice, look, and feel.

  • Maintain familiarity with brand offers and audience (no copywriting required).

Website & Landing Page Support

  • Build landing pages through the eCommerce platform (currently Shogun).

  • Conduct thorough QA of landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), and education pages across desktop and mobile.

  • Assist in updating collection pages to ensure website-wide consistency.

Segmentation & Collaboration

  • Ensure accurate inclusion of targeted customer segments within campaigns.

  • Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Education) to coordinate email needs and campaign schedules.

  • Act as liaison to align email and website assets across teams.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Review email and SMS performance metrics from dashboards to derive actionable insights.

  • Contribute to discussions on layout, subject lines, and preview text, leveraging data to improve engagement.

Asset & Brand Management

  • Stay up to date with Canto for image management and brand assets.

  • Support the review process for internal marketing requests.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably using Klaviyo.
