We are looking for senior retouchers to join a fast-paced retouching and digital art team working on high-quality visual content, including catalogues, campaigns, and digital media. We pride ourselves on precision, creativity, and collaboration, delivering work that looks flawless and on-brand.

• Delivering retouched imagery for print and digital artwork
• Perform colour correction, skin and product retouching, compositing, and general image clean-up
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Manage the weekly and campaign needs for ALDI, including timelines and budget allowances per
shot
• Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and other retouchers to achieve the creative vision
• Manage other BMF clients’ retouching/post-production requirements
• Advise the Photography studio on best approach for shooting regarding post-production needs
• Digital image creation using AI tools

• Fluent in English reading and writing with strong communication skills
• 5+ years of professional retouching experience (studio, agency, or freelance)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Solid understanding of colour, lighting, and composition
• Ability to take direction and also make creative decisions independently
• Strong technical knowledge about print and digital imagery, including colour profiles, file formats,
image resolutions, image resizing and production processes
• General knowledge of photography and the photographic industry
• Experience in and/or willingness to learn digital image creation using AI tools
• Competent with a Wacom and Apple Mac OS
