Key Responsibilities
Conduct web-based and social media investigations to gather claim-relevant intelligence.

Utilize public records, court databases, and internal tools to locate individuals and gather evidence.
Request and retrieve official records from courts, police departments, and other government agencies.
Analyze investigative findings to assess potential fraud and determine next steps.
Document and write clear, detailed reports outlining investigation outcomes.
Communicate case updates and findings to management in a timely and professional manner.
