Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
8+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years in architecture design and technical management.
Proficiency in at least one backend language among Golang, PHP, or Java, with strong system architecture and coding abilities.
Experience in big data, high concurrency, and distributed system design and optimization; preference for experience in large-scale internet or financial industries.
Requirements:
Responsible for the architecture design, optimization, and implementation of core systems to ensure high stability, performance, and scalability.
Participate in key technology choices, optimize server-side architecture, and improve maintainability and operational efficiency.
Design and optimize database architecture, improve SQL query efficiency, and optimize indexes and database performance.
Lead the development team, provide technical guidance and training, and drive cross-functional collaboration to support core business areas such as digital asset trading.
